We Must Be Courageous and Make Our Voices Heard
Nothing showed me more courage than seeing President Trump raising his fist after being shot in Pennsylvania. A bullet that narrowly missed his head almost took his life. Since then, I have received many calls to be careful on the campaign trail.
Recently, I spoke out against an individual who blamed Republicans for everything from the environment, public heath to democracy, and religious freedom, etc. See my Letter to Editor published in the San Mateo Daily Journal in rebuttal.
I was also interviewed by the same paper about Biden’s performance after his debate with President Trump. Here’s what was quoted:
Yes, there are people who are so angry as to resort to unacceptable violence. My deepest condolence to the family of Cooper Comperatore, a hero killed protecting his family. We need to honor his legacy and we cannot let others silence our voice. Our founding fathers gave their lives to protect the freedoms we have today. I will never let that be in vain.
